“Realtors can’t have all the fun on Fifth Avenue South,” says Jordan Brown, owner of Jet Agency, the newest business to land on the Avenue, which will include a “jets for sale” sign in the window when it opens its doors sometime this month.

However, the core business of Jet Agency is serving as a provider for clients who want immediate access to private jets whenever and wherever they need it. As the first private boutique jet broker to locate in a major U.S. shopping district, Jet Agency has created a novel Membership Program that provides easily understandable rates, pre-billed trips and no annual dues for its members. “We are all about providing a concierge approach with no surprises when it comes to our business,” says Jordan. “It is truly a program that is all membership focused with no membership fees. Our aim is to keep it as simple as possible.”

Memberships are available by the hour in packages from 15 to 100 hours. It’s all about the time you spend on the aircraft and doesn’t include other expenses like landing fees, one-way premiums, or repositioning fees other companies may charge.

Other membership benefits include: locked in rates for one year, aircraft recovery should anything go wrong, and an agency support team available 24/7, providing complimentary black car service to and from the Naples airport, catering requests or other possible flight needs. Additionally, Members are invited to club events throughout the year, where they have an opportunity to meet fellow Members. Last but not least, Members also have access to Jet Agency’s luxury partners, including Inspirato, offering access to an extensive collection of luxury homes in more than 150 destinations across the globe, and locally to Gulf Coast International Properties, known for its expertise in luxury real estate, as well as Summer Fridays skincare, that offers a line of products called Jet Lag™.

Clients can fly anywhere in the mainland United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, under Jet Agency’s Membership Program. For clients traveling overseas, special arrangements can be made to assure the best prices.

Jet Agency works primarily with five major aircraft management companies and has negotiated and pre-purchased flight hours from them. The aircrafts are newer and higher pedigree with the best pilots and best safety records. You can even request the category of jet you prefer.

“Safety is number one for us,” says Jordan. “That is why we work only with ARGUS-rated jet management companies.” ARGUS stands for Aviation Research Group/United States, and operators and brokers who are ARGUS-rated must complete comprehensive and rigorous audit processes to ensure they are operating to the highest safety standards.

According to Jordan, Jet Agency pilots know their aircraft inside and out. “It’s not so much about the number of hours they have flown, but about flying the same type of jet all the time, so they are totally confident and comfortable during every flight. Pilots go through rigorous training and meet all of our high standards before they fly, including achieving WYVERN certification and an FAA-issued commercial pilot license,” says Jordan. WYVERN is an independent company that ensures operators are applying best practices in terms of safety and quality. “On top of all that, the FAA requires pilots to train in simulators,” Jordan underscored.

Jordan has been an aviation buff his entire life. Growing up in Louisville, KY, he washed and detailed planes at the Louisville airport as a kid. He began flying when he was sixteen. He has been in the charter and broker business for 22 years.

After spending most of his career in San Diego, Jordan decided to fulfill his long-time dream and open an office in Naples. He even met his wife here 20 years ago. They have three grown children and a Jack Russell terrier, named Rambo who is the designated office greeter.
