From Shreveport to Seneca Falls, a march for female power

People participating in marches in the United States and around the world walked in support of female empowerment and denounced President Donald Trump’s views on immigration, abortion, LGBT rights and women’s rights on the anniversary of his inauguration.
In Southwest Florida, marchers will gather in Naples at 4 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. march beginning at Third Street South and Broad Avenue South.
The march will head south on Third Street to Fifth Avenue South, head right on Eighth Street South and end at Cambier Park.
The event is hosted by Collier Freedom.
