Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate has purchased two new properties and placed an additional four addresses in downtown Naples under contract with plans to close by the end of January. Once these acquisitions are completed, the company will own 21 properties in the city valued in excess of $250 million.
Since the start of 2017, six buildings have been added to the Hoffmann collection: The newest are at 292-296 14th Ave. S. and 271 Broad Ave.; the others are at 649 Fifth Ave. S., 630 Fifth Ave. S., 375 13th Ave. S. and 393 Broad Ave. The new addresses under contract are at 360 12th Ave. S. (home of The Bevy restaurant), 990 First Ave. N., 950 First Ave. N. and 80-90 First Ave. N.
