Chef Jason Mallon never planned for a career in the restaurant industry.
“I worked at a restaurant to pay bills while I figured out what my career was going to be,” Mallon said.
“When I started getting older, I realized this is what I’ve been doing for 15 years now. I could make this a career if I wanted to.”
