Chef Andy Hyde approaches life as “the wild child.”
Growing up, Hyde — who owns Chef Hyde Catering company in Naples — admits he was a bit of a wild child himself, but now he uses the phrase as an inspiring life motto.
On Instagram, he uses the hashtag “the wild child of Naples” on all his posts. And sometime in 2018, he plans to open a restaurant named, you guessed it, Wild Child.
