MLK Day parade in Naples expected to draw 1,000 on Monday

A crowd of about 1,000 is expected Monday for the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade in downtown Naples.
The parade, in its 21st year, will be hosted by the NAACP of Collier County and run from 11 a.m. to noon. An after-party in Cambier Park will run from noon to 3 p.m.
The parade will begin at Broad Avenue South and Third Street South. Floats will travel north along Third Street and east on Fifth Avenue South. The parade will end on Eighth Street South at Cambier Park.
