Even the name of the new restaurant — Kitchen — signals its simplicity.
“We thought, let’s do something that catches the eye right away, even the awning, the sign, something that people know already what it’s going to be,” managing partner Luca Di Falco said. “It’s just Kitchen. So, I think the name is important because it shows the simplicity of what we are doing.”
