Hoffmann Family of Companies Acquires Ferche Millwork

Florida based Hoffmann Family of Companies has acquired Ferche Millwork and its brands including Ferche Frames, Firerated Frames, Ferche Lumber and 87 acres of land in Rice, MN and Mount Pleasant, TN adding to the global diversification strategy and balance with existing manufacturing companies.
Since 1958, Ferche Millwork has been internationally recognized for providing high quality standard mouldings & veneered millwork and the leader in hardwood mouldings in North America. Headquartered in Rice, MN, Ferche Millwork produces over 13,000 products per year and continues to grow through innovation, passion and dedication.

The Hoffmanns made national news in January with their announcement of a $100million investment into Augusta, MO to revitalize and turn the town and surrounding wineries into an international wine destination rivaling that of California and France. In MN the Hoffmanns currently own and operate DHR International, the 5th largest privately owned executive search firm in the world and the Minneapolis Queen paddle boat. In TN, DHR International in Franklin and the Volunteer Princess luxury yacht and operations in Knoxville. The acquisition of Ferche Millwork and lumber further expands their investment into the Midwest and states they currently operate in.
