Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District To Host Career Fair To Assist Businesses With Recruitment Efforts

NAPLES, FL. – The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID) announced that it will host a Career Fair to help businesses along the Avenue find qualified applicants for their available positions. The Career Fair will be held in the lobby of The Naples Players, 701 Fifth Ave. S., on Friday, October 15th from noon to 2 p.m.
In partnership with Career Source Southwest Florida, the event is an opportunity for job seekers to meet with representatives from a wide variety of retail shops, restaurants and other local businesses who are actively recruiting for now and into the upcoming season.
“This special Career Fair is exclusively for Fifth Avenue South employers and is open to all job seekers in our community,” said Bruce Barone, Jr., Executive Director of the Fifth Avenue South BID. “The local job market is extremely tight right now. It is our hope that by connecting our merchants with qualified applicants, we can help them thrive.”
Applicants are able to submit their resumes in advance for prearranged interview times, while employers are able to post their open positions and necessary qualifications.
