Festival feast: Art shows abound in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs

Out-of-state license plates aren’t the only signs that season has arrived in Southwest Florida.
Artists flock to the region, and Collier and Lee county residents look to buy their wares at numerous art festivals throughout the region. Over the next few months, city streets and shopping center parking lots transform into colorful tapestries of artistic goods and crafts, from ceramic soap dispensers to frame-worthy watercolor paintings.
