Developer marks $30M in purchase agreements

Construction of the third phase of models at Naples Square is expected to begin by the end of 2017.

Third-phase purchase agreements worth nearly $32 million have been processed, according to a statement from the developer, the Ronto Group. Naples Square is at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples, and connects Fifth Avenue to the Bayfront, with access on 10th Street via Third Avenue South.
