Ethics Code Amendments
The Ethics Commission’s proposed amendments to the Ethics Code, which will be reviewed by City Council on August 18, 2021, is now available on the City website.

Reminder: Fertilizer Ban – June 1 through September 30
Reminder to all residents and businesses regarding regulations pertaining to fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus, or both, during the prohibited application period (June 1 – September 30) or to saturated soils.

Gasoline-powered Leaf Blower Ban
Effective October 21, 2021:
- Gasoline-powered leaf blowers will be PROHIBITEDwithin the City of Naples;
- Battery- and electric-powered leaf blowers that exceed 65 decibels (dBA) as shown on the manufacture’s label affixed to the leaf blower will be PROHIBITED;
- Leaf blowers that DO NOThave a manufacturer’s label that identifies its dBA rating may NOT BE USED within the City of Naples.
