Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples is evolving.
Property owners and entrepreneurs are spending big bucks in the city’s prized shopping and dining district, including hotelier and developer Phil McCabe.
McCabe and others are reshaping the look and feel of Fifth Avenue, with the goal of making it an even better place to live, work and visit — including real estate investor David Hoffmann and his family, who have amassed a portfolio of properties on the street in recent years.
“We’ve got the second best location in town,” McCabe said. “The beach is the best location.”
Changes include upgrades to the Inn on Fifth, new mixed-use buildings, new shops and new multi-million-dollar residences on the posh street.
