Hoffmanns Purchase 34th SWFL Property Expanding on 5th Ave S Portfolio

The Hoffmann Family of Companies, the largest owner of commercial real estate in Naples, has acquired 500 5th Avenue South from Stephen Farrington, making this their 34th property in Naples.
The building is 9,000 sq feet and is currently occupied by: Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and MAC Trust on the 1st floor and Vantage Private Wealth, SouthFifth Group, LLC, CANDID APPRAISALS, JoAnne Jeffreys, ESQ. – Ferguson Cohen LLP, JD Loden Wealth Management, Renison & Associates. The Hoffmanns also own 33 businesses in Florida that employ over 2,000 people.
Mr. Hoffmann Commented “We have no plans to temper our investment commitment to Florida and will continue to purchase real estate and businesses here for the foreseeable future. In this regard, we currently have three letters of intent signed to purchase three companies in Florida, one in Naples, one in Sarasota and one in Jacksonville.”
Mr. Hoffmann was also recently recognized by the Florida 500 as well as becoming a member of the Florida Council of 100.
