City of Naples – City Council upcoming meetings

The City of Naples City Council will meet for the regularly scheduled September Workshop on Monday, September 14th, the second monthly Regular Meeting on Wednesday, September 16th, and a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 17th. The agendas for these meetings are linked to the corresponding meeting and date below.
All meetings will be held in Council Chamber located at City Hall, 735 8th Street South, Naples, FL 34102. Public comment will be available in Council Chamber. If you wish to address the Council regarding an item listed on the agenda, please complete a registration form at the rear of the room and place it in the Speaker Request Box located on the Council dais prior to consideration of that item. We ask that speakers limit their comments to 3-minutes and that large groups name a spokesperson whenever possible.
The public can access the meeting in real time via live streaming on the City of Naples , Comcast and Century Link Channel 98, and Summit Broadband channel 95. Meeting agendas and minutes will continue to be available through the City Clerk’s webpage.
The City of Naples is strongly encouraging all residents and guests of Naples to continue practicing social distancing and to wear face coverings while in public and in areas where social / physical distancing is difficult or cannot be accomplished. Members of the public attending meetings at City Council Chambers should practice social distancing and wear face coverings to protect themselves and others during the meeting and during breaks. City Council Chambers is set-up to provide the maximum number of attendees while adhering to social / physical distancing guidelines. Use of universal precautions, such as hand washing and respiratory etiquette are also encouraged. Using face coverings as a mitigation strategy has been proven to be effective in the reduction of community spread of Covid-19. To protect members of City Council, clear panels have been installed on the dais between each member’s seat. This will keep City Council safe while conducting important City of Naples business and enable the community to properly hear City Council decisions.
