Naples receiving new small cell wireless towers
Beginning next week, Crown Castle and their contractor will begin installation of four small wireless cells in the City of Naples. The location and renderings of the small cells are listed below.
In 2019, as provided in Florida Statute 337.401, the State of Florida restricted governments from prohibiting the placement of small cells within the public right-of-way. Cities can govern aesthetic standards which the City of Naples has required at the highest level. One will incorporate an existing streetlight fixture to reduce structures in the right-of-way.
