Big demand for transitional spaces that straddle the line between classic and modern
Naples, FL: (February 17, 2020) . . . Whether it’s a fully functioning kitchen with all the bells and whistles or a more intimate single product display, every nook and cranny of the new Hamptons Kitchen & Bath showroom is designed with style.
The top-of-the-line cabinetry and award-winning design firm recently opened a new showroom at 365 Fifth Avenue South in Naples reports Bruce Barone, Jr., executive director of the Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID), noting that showcasing materials in displays throughout the showroom illustrates the company’s experience with designing interior and exterior cooking spaces.
“When you walk into the showroom, you are stunned by the quality of the work you see,” says Barone. “If you dream in kitchens, Hamptons Luxury Kitchen & Bath will make your dream come true. For absolutely gorgeous, custom-made kitchens that are functional, unique and well made, this is the place that you are going to want to pay a visit.”
Owner and founder designer Louis G. Giorgio began his career as an 18-year-old living on Long Island, NY, where he rented a small space and built fresh fruit stands while refining his carpentry and cabinetry skills. By age 21, Giorgio opened his first kitchen and bath showroom in the Hamptons. He spent the next 27 years catering to the wholesale division of the business, offering his expertise to builders and developers, upscale homeowners with waterfront luxury coastal homes, and trade clients such as the Ritz Carlton Residences in White Plains, the Long Island North Hills Ritz Carlton Residences, and the Panoramic View Luxury Residences in Montauk, New York.
After visiting and vacationing in Naples for more than a decade, Giorgio selected a 2,400 square foot locale on fashionable Fifth Avenue South for his company’s expansion and opened a second showroom earlier this month.
“We designed the Naples showroom, which complements our Hamptons showroom, as a top-notch, one-stop shop for kitchen and bath,” says Giorgio. “It’s a turnkey experience so people won’t have to leave to shop anywhere else. They can select anything for their project all under one roof,” he says.
Customers are invited to browse through a large selection of designs, materials, brands and styles, exquisite finishes from classic white painted inset, rift cut white oak, walnut, rough chic, cerused finish, exotic veneers, acrylics, to hand-rubbed high gloss. Giorgio and his team offer design advice and pre-construction planning. He says the biggest demand inside the house nowadays is for transitional spaces that straddle the line between classic and modern. Warm textured and lighter woods, combined with paint and using very high quality cabinetry – what he calls “rough chic” – plus less ornate details and cleaner finishes are also top requests, he adds with more and more requests for outdoor kitchens, especially in new construction.
“Every project requires a unique and personalized touch, reflective of the client’s character and individuality,” Giorgio proudly notes. “At the very end, the best projects are those that make our clients jubilant!”
