Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District Elects Three to Board of Directors

Naples, FL: (December 19, 2019) . . . Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID) today announced Joseph McCabe, Christopher Shucart and Eric Tancredi have been elected to its board of directors for two-year terms, effective January 1, 2020.
McCabe and Shucart were re-elected board members and new member Tancredi will replace board member David Gordley whose tenure ends later this year. A new BID executive committee was also created to be led by president Jeff Wynn, vice president Joseph McCabe and treasurer Christopher Shucart.

Our executive team brings stability and governance to the board as the BID continues its mission in creating a vibrant and unparalleled experience in the 5th Avenue South district.”
Tancredi is the managing partner of the internationally acclaimed Vergina restaurant located at 700 5th Avenue South. In this role, Tancredi oversees the 400-seat restaurant’s overall management with responsibility for directing the daily operations.
The new BID board of seven includes president Jeff Wynn, president of Wynn Properties; vice president Joseph McCabe, vice president of project development at Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation; treasurer Christopher Shucart, president of JCS Realty Group; Jerrilyn Hoffmann of Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate; Nancy MacDonald, managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Real Estate 5th Avenue South office; Jarred Kaplan, managing partner of Provident Jewelry Naples and Fort Myers and Eric Tancredi, managing partner of Vergina restaurant. An advisory board of six is comprised of several past presidents.
