Building on the success of his Osteria Tulia and Bar Tulia in downtown Naples, Vincenzo Betulia’s third restaurant planned for the west end of Fifth Avenue South veers from his Italian roots.
The French, as The French Brasserie Rustique will be known, will be a French restaurant, of course, targeted to open in mid-December in a redeveloped space at 365 Fifth Ave. S.
