Gulf Coast International Properties Co-Sponsors and Participates in SNIP Collier’s Bark & Build Doghouse Challenge

Gulf Coast International Properties is proud to announce their co-sponsorship and participation in SNIP Collier’s “Bark & Build: The Ultimate Doghouse Challenge.”
The friendly fundraising competition highlights the collaboration between several of Collier’s top professionals by teaming together to create a custom doghouse in support of SNIP Collier. “FUR Seasons” is a luxurious doghouse brought to life by the combined talents of BCB Homes, Stofft Cooney Architects, Ficarra Design Associates, HB Elements, and Gulf Coast International Properties. Nine teams in total will each design, build, and decorate custom doghouses, competing for “Best in Show” and, ultimately, the highest bid.
The “FUR Seasons” doghouse is more than just a shelter – it is a celebration of comfort, creativity, and passion designed to delight and inspire. Highlights of the incredible pet abode include a lush turf lawn and serene swimming pool, a bespoke Minotti-like designer sofa, an interactive wall, sleek louver doors providing privacy and ventilation with style, and much more.
The Bark & Build competition will raise awareness and support for SNIP Collier’s mission to end the suffering and neglect of dogs and cats in our community due to the pet overpopulation crisis, through affordable spay and neuter, vaccines, and preventative care, and by spreading public awareness, education, and outreach.
The “FUR Seasons” doghouse will be on display at Gulf Coast International Property’s 5th Avenue office from January 8th through February 7th, culminating in a live auction of all the competing doghouses at SNIP Collier’s 2nd Annual Gala on February 8th at Tiburon Golf Club. The evening will include dinner, dancing, adoptable puppies and kittens, a silent auction, raffle opportunities, and the inaugural Bark & Build Live Auction of the doghouses.
